How many people are in industries that require you to take Continuing Education classes in order to keep or renew your license?

My hand is up because I’m a real estate agent.

This is industry specific and sometimes inconvenient because you have other things to do – like run your business. However, how many people have learned things that benefited their businesses from going to these continuing education classes? Raise your hand!

You can network with other attendees in the class or the person teaching the class.

Networking is a key skill in BNI – basically the reason we meet every week. We want to network. And many of us either, regardless of level of education, were not taught how to network.

Lifelong learning is a Core BNI Value because you don’t have to remain in an unlearned, uncertain state of not knowing how to network.

Besides on-the-job learning, while in the meetings observing other members and seeing what works and what doesn’t work, BNI provides training through the member success program, weekly podcasts and many other useful BNI articles and handouts available to all members.

So whether it’s networking, presentations or writing a 30-second commercial, BNI has you covered and you can continue to learn anywhere and anytime!
